Working as a Team

As professionals we recognize the need for change from time to time. Please do not assume a service provider’s feelings will be hurt if you try another team member. We are all here to make sure you have a pleasant experience.

Pre-Booking

To ensure your desired appointment date and time, we recommend that you reserve your next service prior to leaving the salon. We provide a courtesy call two days prior to your appointment with any necessary scheduling adjustments being made at that time.

Child Policy

Due to chemicals, sharp  instruments, hot appliances and for the comfort of all clients, children and infants cannot be in the styling areas unless receiving a service and must be closely supervised by a parent while in the reception area. We recommend arranging childcare so that you can relax during your visit.

Late/No-Show Policy

In consideration of other clients and our staff, it is important that you arrive on time for your appointment. If it is determined that you have arrived too late, you may be asked to reschedule or to be taken by another stylist. If you need to cancel you appointment, please allow 24 hours notice so that we can offer  your time to another client.
